This is Stone. The Melliferian cecropia silkmoth seen before but never properly introduced.

He's a long distance surveillance flier for the Amber Rust hive, he goes on flights of days or weeks when needed to collect information.

He habitually wears the collar of his trainer, who died before his training was complete. That's her number/name on there.
