Peter loves his little dog Gentle. Even though having him as a master means being homeless and sometimes hungry, she'd follow him to the ends of the earth. Because dogs are like that. Still, he does everything in his power to take care of the tiny little thing.
Haha, Gentle looks like something you'd get in a Happy Meal here, but really Peter is just huge, while she's just chihuahua-type-thing sized.

Your last couple of pictures have had a different look to them than your usual stuff. Are you using a new technique/medium? They seem much more "real". :)

You're perceptive. I changed how I go about painting my under paintings. Not a whole lot, mostly it just goes with some little epiphanies I had about light. Plus I've been a little less sick and hazy in the last few days and I think that's had an effect on my recent art.

Nice to see him not brooding. ;) I love how even though it's basically a white background, there's texture and shadow. But... why does he have a medic alert bracelet?

Being physically unique has it's downsides. From the perspective of normal human based medicine, he's vastly deformed, has numerous odd reactions to medications/allergies and many of his vital signs are entirely out of wack. But that's all baseline normal for him, so if he's actually having a medical emergency (not unheard of for him, his uniqueness also makes his physiology unstable) it's a good idea to clue the medical staff in that they do not need to freak out about the slow heart beat or some such.

That's really well thought out... but poor guy. It seems like several of your characters have serious health anomalies. I just love the characters and world you create, though.

Okay, I officially lo-ove your art!!! but I'm slightly confused. There seemes to be a much larger story that I'm being left out of. I wanna hear it!! This world of yours is sooo different and amazing and unique, and i feel I've barely brushed the surface! (this comment iz totally lame because there is probably no way to answer this shortly. T.T sry) Oh, btw, the tree-lion creatures are my #1 favorite, I wish you'd draw more... ^-^ they're so cute! oky, done ranting,(don't kill me <.<;;)

Aw, this is really sweet. Love the muted color scheme and the well, gentleness to this piece. There's a definite sense of love between these two :3 Your design for Peter is also very well done; you merged the animals perfectly, while still making them identifiable!
